PAYMENT
For monthly services (like social media management):
Payment is required in advance each month
Standard payment terms are 15 days from invoice
Late payments may result in delayed or paused services
For one-time projects (branding, web design, photography, videography):
50% payment upfront before work begins
50% payment upon delivery of the final work
Final files will only be delivered once full payment is received
If the project is cancelled, you are still responsible for the work completed
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original work delivered remains the property of Jasmin Marketing until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed. Jasmin Marketing reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
RESULTS DISCLAIMER
While we cannot guarantee specific results such as follower counts or sales—these depend on many external factors—we are committed to delivering high-quality, strategic, and professional work tailored to your goals.
